EDMS DocsVision at the enterprises of group under control of "Invest-Alyans" is implemented

Digital Design began the project on system implementation of electronic document management on the DocsVision 4.5 platform at the enterprises of group under control of Invest-Alyans LLC. In EDMS more than 200 users will work.

Within the project specialists of Digital Design will organize a common information space for work of employees of group under control of Invest-Alyans LLC with documents. As a result of implementation of EDMS office-work and process of approval of agreements will be automated. In a system possibilities of creation and mailing of tasks on instructions with indication of responsible and terms and also instruments of control of performing discipline will be implemented. Besides, in EDMS mechanisms of substitution of employees at execution of tasks will be configured and authority delegation. Feature of the project is the organization of differentiation of access rights to documents at a stage of the EDMS primary setup founded on the hierarchical principle.

Specialists of Digital Design are going to carry out implementation of EDMS in three steps: setup of standard office will be originally performed, then the solution will be scaled on all enterprises of group under control of Invest-Alyans LLC, integration with the operating accounting system will be carried out then. The project is going to be completed by the end of 2012.
