The DeltaCredit bank announced in October, 2011 system implementation of processing of requests, assessment of the borrower and a subject of pledge M.A.R.S. (Mortgage automatic refinance system).

Success of DeltaCredit is in many respects based on its business model, and in it a specific place is held by partner banks. Today more than 40 banks from Kaliningrad to Kamchatka are partners of DeltaCredit, and by December, 2012 in bank are going to increase their quantity by two and a half times. The latest technologies for processing of requests, assessment of the borrower and pledge will help to achieve an effective objective to bank. Especially for it the CMD-Soft company implemented in bank the M.A.R.S. system based on the modern Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform which allowed to automate process of interaction of DeltaCredit with partner banks.

"We analyzed the strategy of joint development, so to speak, raised the horizon for several years ahead, and set for ourselves the new object: create the comfortable mortgage platform adapted to features of their business for our partners — Vadim Pakhalenko, the Head of Department on work with financial institutions of DeltaCredit bank reported. — A system had to give the chance to remotely create requests according to standards of DeltaCredit, to receive reports for the management. But that the most important — the issue of automation of the standard forms used at issue and further refinancing of the credits therefore personally we saw the solution of this task as one of main in this project was particularly acute".

As a result of system implementation of Mortgage automatic refinance system in DeltaCredit bank: connection of any partner bank is executed in only 1 day; for setup of a system it is rather simple to visit its website on the Internet; information processing rate and preparation of documents increased; new products, actions and programs automatically become available to use.

According to DeltaCredit, the implemented system does not demand from users of special skills (the interface simple and intuitive, supplied with videocourses for independent studying), helps users with work, executing automatic checks and sending notifications by e-mail at all stages of work with the credit request. At the same time a system allows the staff of partner banks to enter independently customer information and the apartment, to check compliance of the client to the minimum requirements, to calculate a maximum amount of the credit and, if necessary, to introduce amendments at any stage.

The specialist of partner bank also has an opportunity to unload from M.A.R.S. all data in Excel file with further export to the system of the bank. Further, thanks to M.A.R.S., it is possible to create a complete packet of the main documents signed during the transaction. It allows to minimize an error probability, caused by a human factor. Standard forms are loaded in current status; all process of formation of documents takes 5–7 minutes.
