Ansoft company, the Russian developer of information management systems, announced the beginning of complex business process automation of Master-Tool LLC, the supplier of metering equipment and technology equipment. The project will be implemented based on the AVARDA.ERP and AVARDA.CRM systems.

Before automation of Master-Tool company are necessary to structure the purposes business processes and to increase their transparency, to reduce number of routine transactions, to increase efficiency of sales managers, to optimize management of trade inventories and to reduce logistic costs.

In a project deliverable the Ansoft company automates all business processes of the customer within the following directions: purchases and vendor relations, sales and goods delivery, loyalty program, pricing, finance. Special attention will be paid to optimization of management of trade inventories: implementation of the AVARDA.InventoryManagement block will allow to carry out the expanded analysis and to predict demand, to calculate optimum level of safety stocks, to plan purchases taking into account irregularity of sales, target deliveries and marketing actions. The customer will receive the solution which is automatically creating drafts of supplier orders on the basis of data on demand forecasting and information on a commodity remaining balance.

Separate task within the project is control automation by customer relations using the AVARDA.CRM system. Implementing solution will allow Master-Tool company to structure the customer base, to conduct expanded cards on each partner, to plan contacts and to trace the history of interaction with buyers, to analyze a funnel of sales, to control efficiency of projects and quality of work of responsibles.

Thanks to the general information space of the AVARDA.CRM and AVARDA.ERP systems the customer will have an opportunity to see and compare the integrated data that will significantly expand possibilities of the analysis, will help to predict more precisely demand and to increase efficiency of marketing programs. For the purpose of an exception of double entry of data the software for the financial accounting "1C: Accounting 8" will also be integrated into an information system.

The AVARDA.ERP and AVARDA.CRM systems are selected by the customer thanks to existence of everything of required functionality in the basic version of products, the checked performance and reliability, the rational budget of implementation and support. Shevchenko Vyacheslav, the director of business development of Master-Tool company, notes: "We looked, without exaggeration, at tens of information systems, beginning from budget options and finishing with industrial solutions of the western suppliers.
