The SAP AG company expands cooperation with OpenText company with the purpose to facilitate to users management of documents and contents of the websites created using SAP NetWeaver Portal. According to the arrangement between SAP and OpenText, two new applications from OpenText company will be added to the solution "Enterprise portal". This corporate SAP application of Portal Content Management which is intended for content management, connected with documents, and the SAP application of Portal Site Management facilitating management of web content for a wide range of users.

SAP application of Portal Content Management optimizes content management, extending to it the flows of works and resources which are available in Enterprise portal. This application increases process performance of creation and storage of content and also management of it, gives to users opportunities for joint work and communication. Thanks to the centralized access of a contradiction and error in data are minimized, and control functions by access and permissions for work with the document ensure its high safety.

Web content helps a wide range of users of the organization to create SAP application of Portal Site Management and to manage it on the different portals and pages which are on Enterprise portal. Thanks to this application process of creation of content is optimized, users can build in unstructured content flows of works and optimize transfer, access to contents for employees, consumers and partners is facilitated.
