In 2011 after a number of loud resignations of HP continued implementation of the personnel revolution. In HP a number of new top managers, including the Chief information officer is appointed.

So, John Hinshaw is appointed the vice president of the company and the head of department of global technologies and business processes. He will be responsible for business process optimization in all divisions of corporation. Earlier Hinshaw works in Boeing and Verizon Wireless companies. He will submit directly to Meg Whitman, the new president and the CEO of HP.

Craig Flower, working in HP since 1984, it is appointed the vice president and the Chief information officer of the company, he will submit to Hinshou.

Before Flower was supervised ex-IT diretora Randi Mott's HP]] (Randy Mott) which left the company in June of this year. Mott is known for the cardinal approach to restructuring of IT of the company, so, under his administration, considerable reduction of capacities of DPCs of HP was made.

These appointments followed some other loud staff movements. Last month the CEO of HP on technologies and strategy Shane Robison retired. The company stated that so far she has nobody it to replace. This week as well Phil McKinney, the vice president and the technical director of division of Personal Systems Group, also announced leaving from a position.

Not to mention appointment as the head of the company of Meg Whitman which became a shock for the staff of HP, competitors, analysts, investors and the market in general.
