Kranex automated contract management

The Kranex engineering company automated management of contract activities using the solution "AstroSoft: Contract management". System implementation in 50 workplaces allowed to reduce paper document flow of the company twice.

JSC MK Kranex is the largest Russian producer of caterpillar hydraulic excavators weighing 20-50 tons. The company performs a full range of service maintenance of excavators, delivery of spare parts for excavators of different series and all types of the hinged equipment to any construction equipment.

The solution of AstroSoft company optimized all main stages of work with contractual documentation. Special attention was required by such processes as tracking of validity periods of agreements, payment due dates and delivery under agreements, control of a remaining balance of debit and creditor debts.

As a result of implementation work with agreements on divisions and responsible for certain stages was systematized, approval of agreements between purchasing departments, economies, sales, deliveries and also legal department and accounting is automated. As software product "AstroSoft: contract management" it is integrated with the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management configuration in which management accounting in Kranex company is kept, there was an opportunity to refuse duplication of routing of agreements and to perform all necessary transactions in a single system.
