In Galakta Group the system of recruiting E-Staff is implemented

The Galakta group improved recruiting processes by system implementation of E-Staff which developer is the Datex Software company.

The E-Staff software product is intended for the divisions performing selection of employees. It represents the system of a full stroke automating the majority of routine transactions in recruiting – planning of actions for personnel recruitment, processing of the curriculum vitae of candidates, maintaining base of candidates, registration of interviews, management of vacancies, obtaining analytical data, etc.

E-Staff was integrated with the operating personnel recruitment infrastructure in Galakta Group based on solutions Microsoft Sharepoint and 1C.
