The idea for a startup

In most cases the client comes that it is not possible to implement the idea in the absence of already ready command capable to turn to work in the nearest future or because of very high cost of development which price to you will be offered in the large companies which are generally focused on the western customer.

There is also the third option when it seems to you that is here, you already found the company which information on the website seems to you completely conforms to your requirements: the affordable price, the company with the state is — it is possible to do the order and already today it will begin to be implemented. But far from it!

Having conducted simple researches, we encountered such websites on the Internet more than once and of course called them. In the course of the conversation it became clear, something there is no komnaniya there, or the firm exists, but with two-three developers of doubtful qualification. Even if they and "guru" of programming, then all the same three specialists it is not enough to create and start the difficult project.

Of course, if the client, ordering the project, is very limited in the budget, it is not drawn in by terms, and he will be able "to forgive" not absolute quality of a final product - that development of inexperienced beginners can be option. The problem is in what will be received by the customer at the exit? Whether there will be it that product which it ordered?

For today there are IT companies which offer development a startup projects, but as it is clear from the aforesaid, considerable experience and the same qualification of developers is necessary for the embodiment of the idea in life.

Pluses and minuses

Such option of development for 99.9% is doomed to a failure and big failure to meet time constraints of the project. It is obvious for the objective reasons: very low qualification, lack of experience, inadequate assessment of the opportunities and amount of work. The only advantage in this option is cost though after the listed shortcomings, I do not think that this plus will move all those minuses.

But you should not forget that it is not team work, and only one player who will hardly master development of all project. The only thing when there is a sense to address such contractor — on a project prototype stage. What concerns the subsequent stages, the startup for the growth phases and development will be "too hard" due to the lack of sufficient qualification. Also often, such companies have no full-fledged command, and they gather it already upon that is not stable for large projects at all. One more problem most of which likely the customer can face is terms.

Thus, any project of the course of life is in the beginning a startup. Therefore, do not forget to analyze the market and to estimate the opportunities.

Of course any idea has the right to life, and here what destiny this or that project will have - it already depends on value and advantage of this idea and of the one to whom you "will give" it on implementation.
