NPO RIK-Sistemy will create the situational center of the head of Krasnodar

NPO RIK-Sistemy, the Russian system integrator, together with partners – the Kuban state technology university and Institute of modern technologies and economies (Krasnodar) – create the situational center for the head of Krasnodar. The city administration of the municipal entity acts as the project orderer.

According to the technical specifications, NPO RIK-Sistemy will perform implementation and will bring automated information system which will provide activity of the situational center into operation. Completion of all works is planned in 2011.

The created situational center is intended for the analysis, support and process automation of acceptance of management decisions within the unified information system of control of parameters of life activity and security of the municipal entity.

Operational information comes to the situational center from the different city systems controlling a status of industrial, infrastructure and socially important city facilities, monitoring systems of transport, the directory systems, databases, "Services-112", etc. The automated system of the situational center accumulating data from all subsystems allows to assess objectively a social and economic situation, to make the justified management decisions and to control their accomplishment in the normal mode and in the conditions of crisis situations.

Feature of the situational center which implements NPO RIK-Sistemy in Krasnodar is the possibility of carrying out strategic analysis of the arriving information, modeling and forecasting of different situations in the main spheres of life activity of the city, including using expert opinion.

Integration of the situational center of the head of Krasnodar with the situational center of the governor of Krasnodar Krai is in the long term planned.

Ensuring completeness, reliability and data protection – the key principle of creation of the situational center created by the Russian system integrator of a RIC-system for the benefit of Administration of Krasnodar. The automated system of the situational center accumulating data from the different city subsystems controlling a status of industrial, infrastructure and socially important city facilities allows to assess objectively a social and economic situation, to make the justified management decisions and to control their accomplishment in the normal mode and in the conditions of crisis situations.
