The Columbus company (before Columbus IT), the supplier of consulting services and solutions on automation of business for the companies of the food industry, retail and industry, announced agreement signature with the French company Prodware specializing in development, integration and a hosting of IT solutions for business about formation of strategic alliance. The purpose of alliance is creation of the international partnership focused on project implementation based on the solutions Microsoft Dynamics.

Within cooperation of the company will combine efforts: in the field of implementation of IT solutions — Prodware will become "the exclusive partner" (Preferred partner) of Columbus in France, Spain and Israel, in turn, Columbus will become "the exclusive partner" of Prodware in Russia and the CIS, the USA, India, Poland, Denmark, Norway, the countries of Baltiiya in the Middle East; and in the field of the software — in particular, Prodware will become distributor of software solutions Columbus (namely — To-Increase software) and invests means in development of strategy of their implementation.

Besides, Prodware will purchase divisions of Columbus in Spain and France then the company will undertake service and support of the current clients of Columbus. All staff of the purchased divisions of Columbus will also pass to work into Prodware, says Columbus.
