2019: Design and exploration work of Giprosvyaz

On February 5, 2019 the Rostelecom company reported that PJSC GIPROSVYAZ performed design and exploration work for the telecommunication partner of the Winter Universiade-2019.

According to the company, works were conducted for two years in several stages. The project was executed in difficult conditions of urban development of Krasnoyarsk that required obtaining large volume of approvals, permissions and examinations. Specialists of the Krasnoyarsk department of the Siberian branch PJSC GIPROSVYAZ designed about 148 km of the main and reserve the fiber-optic communication line who connected in a single information network of 11 sports constructions, the Village of the Winter Universiade-2019 and other significant objects of Student's games. The telecommunication infrastructure created on this project is already put into operation.

Design and exploration work was conducted with observance of the diagram that allowed to perform timely start of telecommunication infrastructure, the applications working at it and to hold testing of all elements of information communications system which Rostelecom developed for the Winter Universiade-2019. Design for a Universiade is executed by forces of our Siberian branch. Participation in project implementation of the international level — a responsible test for any project organization. It is sure that the telecommunication infrastructure created on the GIPROSVYaZI projects will provide not only requirements of a large sporting event, but also will make the contribution to further development of the Krasnoyarsk region. 2011: Contract with Rostelecom for transfer to an electronic form of municipal services

In October, 2011 Rostelecom and administration of Krasnoyarsk signed the contract for transfer to an electronic form of municipal services within formation of infrastructure of Electronic government. Krasnoyarsk became the first city in Russia where the similar contract is signed.

As a result of cooperation of Rostelecom company and administration of Krasnoyarsk such municipal services as making an appointment with the doctor and also filling and the direction of the electronic recipe in drugstore will be available to the population in electronic form. Use new services and obtain the complete information about them via the Uniform portal of public services inhabitants and guests of Krasnoyarsk will be able in December, 2011.
