Administration of the Moscow region + Case (EOS Group)

The Electronic Office Systems (EOS) company participates in carrying out professional development course for staff of bodies of the government and municipal entities of the Moscow region. Rates pass in the Moscow regional training center "Nakhabino". During 2011 three cycles of training were carried out.

The training events are held within the program of advanced training of staff of bodies of the state power of the Moscow region for a subject: "Electronic document management in bodies of the state and municipal authority in the public and municipal authority".

The training course in work with an electronic document management system was completed in total by more than 60 employees of different public authorities, including: Government Office, Ministry of social protection of the population, Head archive department, Control Accounts Chamber, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Culture, Head department of regional security, Ministry of Health. Besides, employees of municipal districts of the Moscow region, in particular, Podolsk, Ruza, Stupino, / about Khimki and others took part in training.

These training courses with participation of EOS Group company are conducted not the first year. Most public authorities and municipal entities of the Moscow region are users of an electronic document management system "CASE", among them: The Moscow region duma, the Ministry of information technologies and communications, Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation across the Moscow region, the Ministry of Press and Information of the Moscow region, the Ministry of the property relations of the Moscow region, the Ministry of the industry and science of the Moscow region, the Ministry of Education of the Moscow region, Head department of the Moscow region "State housing inspectorate of the Moscow region", Head department of architecture and town planning of the Moscow region, Head department of road economy of the Moscow region and others. EDMS "DELO" is implemented and is used in many administrative agencies of the Moscow region, including: The Orekhovo-Zuyevo district, / about Vlasikh, the cities of Reutov, Krasnoarmeysk, Novomoskovsk, Dubna and others.

Following 2012 the EOS Group company plans further participation in training courses of the Nakhabino center for a subject of electronic document management which are going to be held quarterly.
