Rosavtobank expanded possibilities of remote banking using CSBI Group

The CSBI Group company announced in November, 2011 project completion in CB Rosavtobank on data transmission from the integrated banking system (IBS) "the Banker / About" (development of CSBI) in the Private Client system, having created additional opportunities for its users.

Today remote customer service becomes the most important component of banking business. Understanding it, the management of Rosavtobank raised the requirement to services of remote banking, having expanded data access, stored in the Banker / Missile Defence system.

Within the project specialists of CSBI Group performed works on setup and parametrization of the XML-interface according to requirements of bank and provided unloading of necessary information from IBS "the Banker / About" in the Private Client system. As result, clients of Rosavtobank got remote access to information on the accounts and deposits that allowed them to perform independently both internal, and external payments, to pay services, to perform the operations connected with replenishment/removal of deposit facilities.

Besides, for users the standard list of the parameters of a deposit unloaded from the core banking system was expanded. In particular, such data as the minimum and maximum amount of withdrawal, the current value of a reduced interest rate, etc. became available to clients.

According to CSBI Group, thanks to successful project implementation of CB Rosavtobank increased the level of remote service due to creation of full-fledged service for private clients.
