MRIYa Agroholding (1C: Enterprise 8.0)

The Mriya Sugar Holding company implemented an information system using software products on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. As the partner in implementation the enterprise "The consulting center "BIZON" is attracted. "Mriya sugar holding" is a part of the enterprises "Mriya groups. Six largest sugar plants of the Western Ukraine and management company in the city of Ternopil are a part of holding.

For automation of personnel records and payroll calculation at the plants of holding and the unit manager the "1C: Payroll and HR Management for Ukraine" software product was selected. For automation of accounting and tax accounting – the solution "1C: Accounting for Ukraine". The module "Front of the Sveklopunkt" was developed for accounting of intake of raw materials on sveklopunkta.

During the project the functionality was developed for automatic recalculation of amount of sugar to issue after determination of actual profitability of production. As a result selling prices with guarantee meet legislative arrangements. Besides, the module of treasury using which business approval processes and accomplishment of requests of divisions for a funds expenditure are automated is developed and implemented.

The new information system covered all accounting processes of holding – from raw materials arrival registration on each sveklopriyemny point before formation of a consolidated balance.
