Technoserv and Aeroflot created the innovation situational center

The Situational Center (SC) was created on board decision of JSC Aeroflot for the purpose of providing the most comfortable conditions for effective and operational acceptance of management decisions in emergencies. Technoserv executed a full stroke of works on design and creation in office complex of Aeroflot of Melkisarovo of the innovation situational center which is intended for work in the round-the-clock mode and provides an ability to manage with situations of any complexity.

STs is calculated on 50-80 jobs and consists of the complex of premises including the main working hall, the room of analytics, the meeting room, the restroom and also the press center accomodating up to 40 members of the media. Thanks to it in case of a faulty or crisis situation of STs of national airline allows not only to direct effectively processes, but also to provide their operational lighting in mass media.

Within the project Technoserv for STs created the system of a video conferencing and also an audiosignal transmission system for all premises, data transmissions, SCS, the systems of the distributed power supply, uninterrupted power.

To premises of STs video signals from all video cameras of Sheremetyevo Airport are displaid. The certain operational hall with jobs for dispatching personnel of ferry services and mission control center is created. All jobs of operators are equipped with the latest technology. Any signal can be transmitted to screens of heads for adoption of operational solutions.

For information display from any of jobs or from any video camera the system of visualization including the videowall of high resolution and plasma display panels is used. A system provides a possibility of joint simultaneous operation of personnel with analytical information, operational evident submission of the processed data and record of work of the situational center. Besides, for a fast output to the general screen of the images drawn by hand in premises interactive boards are set.

STs is integrated with already available corporate engineering information systems thanks to what along with functions of observation and display performs functions of modeling and the analysis of situations and thus is full-function STs. Analogs of STs of Aeroflot in the Russian civil aviation do not exist.

STs was involved in full-scale exercises on working off of overcoming the crisis situations which passed on November 14, 2011 in Moscow at the basic airport of Aeroflot Sheremetyevo.

According to the CEO of JSC Aeroflot-Russian Airlines Vitaly Savelyev, the airline carefully analyzed experience of crisis situations with mass delays of runs – as own, and other largest world airlines. "Today in the company a number of the actions directed to the fastest and comfortable exit from possible faulty situations is implemented", - Vitaly Savelyev emphasized.

"The complexity of a task at creation of situational cents consists that it is required to create "from scratch" considerable number of the integrated systems and subsystems and to coordinate them to the specialized systems of the company, – Korneev Sergey Pavlovich, the managing director of Technoserv company commented on the project. – To optimum design the situational center of Aeroflot and the considerable experience of cooperation with the enterprises of the transport industry and knowledge of specifics of the industry and also deep technology examination allowed to create it using the newest information technologies of the company".
