NORBIT implemented the ERP system of Microsoft Dynamics AX in the Luciano SPA center

Specialists of NORBIT implemented the ERP system in the Luciano SPA center in Kazan. A system integrated the majority of information flows in a common information space and provided effective IT support of work of the center.

As noted, Luciano - the wellness-project, unique for Tatarstan. He offers clients all range of modern services in improvement of appearance, psychological and physical state. Are a part of the Luciano complex: SPA zone of 6000 sq.m, fitness club of a premium class, cosmetology clinic, Boutique-hotel, 5 bars and restaurant of Italian cuisine.

For high-quality management of a huge complex and providing service of a premium class to the clients the unified information system was required. It was necessary to keep data on the client in a common information space, to keep track of the current balance of the client on all activities of the center, to register visitors and also to control loading of salon, the working schedule of masters and many other things.

For the solution of these tasks specialists of NORBIT company implemented the ERP system of Microsoft Dynamics AX. NORBIT already had positive experience of automation of the local enterprises - Bakhetle and Track Center companies, and existence of representation in Kazan allowed to resolve quickly all arising issues.

The main emphasis at implementation of the ERP system was put on functional unit "SPA and fitness". As a result today in a common information space of Luciano the magazine of registration and prerecording of clients, the working schedule of masters and the schedule of trainings is kept. A system allows to estimate load of each specialist of the center, to make out registration of services and to make write-off of materials in a workplace of the master. Besides, the general processes are automated: assessment of load of salon, execution of information agreements with clients, management of service packages and maintaining medical cards of regular customers.

In further plans Luciano development and expansion of functionality of the implemented solution and also integration of Microsoft Dynamics AH with payment systems.

Obtaining necessary information online facilitates work of employees and saves time of our clients".
