Tieto and Microsoft agreed in the fall of 2011 about cooperation increase thanks to what Tieto will be a key supplier of cloud solutions for increase in efficiency based on the newest software of Microsoft. The service of Tieto Enterprise Productivity Suite will be provided based on the service centers Tieto in Finland and Sweden which environmental friendliness gained the international recognition.
The solution is based on such products as Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Microsoft Lync 2010, Windows Server with Hyper-V and System Center, supported by other cloud services of Tieto. It will give to clients of Tieto necessary flexibility when planning transition to cloud computing. They will have unique opportunities of protection and data management, including based on local data centers, at the same time using all advantages of cloud computing and compliance to regulations that is a simple and safe business method.
