The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) started a customer relationship management system and conducting operational and management accounting based on industry software products "BIT:CRM 8" and "BIT: Management of car service and car showroom 8".
The Termomir company is the specialized service center of the German company J. Eberspächer GmbH & Co. - the producer of pre-launch heaters of the engine and independent heaters of salon for motor transport and special equipment, the official distributor of Elservice-NN company - producer of conditioners and refrigerators, the representative of the German firm Willibrord Losing - producer of filters of purification of Separ diesel fuel. Representative offices work three cities: Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk and Omsk.
Possibilities of the IT programs used in daily work did not satisfy requirements of the enterprise, without allowing to control process of customer relations and to timely process all necessary data for conducting operational and regulated accounting in a common information space. Because the company services a great number of clients, and between purchases of one customer there is a big gap, often the customer interaction history was lost. For creation of the general information environment the software product "BIT was selected: Management of car service and car showroom 8" which allowed the staff of the company to adjust conducting operational accounting and also to apply a possibility of data exchange with other software products. Program "BIT: Management of car service and car showroom 8" is used in accounting and account managers.
The company management was interested in having an opportunity to use the program for registration and the analysis of contacts with clients integrated with "1C: Accounting 8". Development of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) - the program "BIT:CRM 8" became an optimal solution. This solution was implemented in the company in six workplaces after installation "BIT: Management of car service and car showroom 8" when employees already mastered the program.
For payroll of employees in the company the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program was also implemented. This solution along with "BIT: Management of car service and car showroom 8" is used by the staff of accounting department.
