Administration of the Guryev area

The electronic document management system "CASE" is already implemented and successfully functions in administrations of Tyazhinsky and Mariinsky areas of the Kemerovo region. Considering their successful experience of use of this system, the administration of the Guryev municipal district made the decision on acquisition of the CASE system, and in November, 2011 implementation of 22 jobs already began.

The management of administration of the Guryev area connect the solution of a number of tasks with implementation of EDMS "DELO":

• formation of uniform, "transparent" and available base of documents of administration in electronic form; registration in uniform base of all entering, outgoing documents and citizens' appeals;
• document registration streamlining, redistribution of functions between specialists, accurate differentiation of the rights of registration; automation of approval and approval of drafts of resolutions and orders, subsequent control of execution of documents;
• establishing exchange of registration cards with the attached electronic image of documents between departments;
• organization of control of execution of orders of the head of administration, including partially separate divisions, such as committees and managements; a search capability and viewing the prepared answers to letters and requests;
• creation of premises for interaction with MFC, provision of services in electronic form;
• formation of analytical reports in a system.
