The beauty shop "Fenomen" automated accounting using the solution "BIT: Beauty"

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) implemented the project on automation of operational and management accounting of beauty shop "Fenomen" using the solution "BIT: Beauty". An opportunity to precisely control an expense and the movement of materials, to plan and manage load of personnel and to increase service quality thanks to faultless and fast record of clients became result of implementation.

The Odessa beauty shop "Fenomen" renders a wide choice of hairdresser's and cosmetic services. The management of salon made the decision on need of implementation of the software product which would consider specifics of the industry and integrated in a common information space base of clients and data for accounting of expenses of goods.

As a result of consideration of opportunities of the different systems the program "BIT was selected: Beauty", implemented together with "1C:Enterprise 8. Accounting for Ukraine". Solution "BIT: Beauty" on an equal basis with automation of process of customer relations allows to keep the regulated and managerial account in uniform base and to provide the accuracy of an inventory control.

As a result of implementation projects the following results were achieved: the interoperability layer with clients is raised, the opportunity of data storage of clients and the history of visits is given; write process of clients is automated, the interactive calendar of record is kept, at the same time control of record for non-working or busy time of the employee is exercised; strict material accounting and goods is kept, including receipt from suppliers, movement between storage locations, issue of materials to the master, etc. is registered.
