"The Renaissance the Credit" and Jet Infosystems expanded cooperation in outsourcing

Renessans Credit (Renaissance Capital LLC) and Jet Infosystems prolonged and expanded obligations for outsourcing for 2 years. The area of responsibility of integrator includes infrastructure maintenance, necessary for operation of the credit pipeline [1] now: equipment and system software (operating systems, cluster software, systems of virtualization and database).

Besides, Renaissance of the Credit transferred a backup system to outsourcing. The service center of Jet Infosystems company is responsible for maintenance, carrying out and control of backup procedures and recovery from copies. Also on service of the system integrator there are more than 200 items of equipment and the system software serviced on requests.

History of partnership began in 2007 when during a season of high sales Renaissance of the Credit decided to secure operability of the IT-sistemy. Bank suggested integrator to perform the hardware maintenance, the system software and a DB including works on a request for remote administration and the solution of the arising problems on the Bank platform. Thanks to it at Renaissance of the Credit there was an opportunity to reorient the IT department on implementation of strategic tasks.

At the end of 2010 partners decided to transfer cooperation to a new stage and began preparation of the complex project on outsourcing. Inspection of the IT infrastructure ensuring functioning of the credit pipeline and SRK became the first stage. According to the results of audit of power and fault tolerance of the equipment to summer of 2011 specialists of Jet Infosystems company developed and carried out a complex of the organizational and technical measures directed to operational maintenance in case of manifestation of any problems. Also the SLA parameters necessary for Bank were recorded.

By preparation for transfer of systems on outsourcing specialists of integrator and bank made use of the experience on service of IT systems and also world practices of IT service management. Besides, infrastructure for service of the credit pipeline and a backup system of bank were connected to the Centralized System of Monitoring (CSM) of the Service center of Jet Infosystems company which allows to perform monitoring of all subsystems and to react quickly to the arising incidents. In addition to on-line of monitoring of systems using TsSM, engineers of the Service center perform remote administration of systems in the 24х7х365 mode. Thus, the Jet Infosystems company provides the necessary level of reliability and availability, and specialists Renaissance of the Credit can focus on customer service in real time.

By July, 2011 the Jet Infosystems company guaranteed the set SLA on manual operating systems according to which, for example, single idle time of systems should not exceed 4 hours, and total in a month – 8 hours. In the field of responsibility of integrator there are more than 150 items of equipment and the server software (OS, the systems of virtualization, cluster software and a DB) ensuring functioning of the credit pipeline and SRK, and over 200 items of equipment and software with service on demand in several geographically distributed data centers.
