"Everything is simple and available, there are no complaints in complexity of the interface. I watched other programs in due time – they are more difficult. I suspected that the management, the accountant, the administrator anyway will understand, and to managers it will be rather difficult therefore we also looked for the program with the simplest interface", - he adds.
At the moment work of the Dubrovka taxi is constructed as follows:
- the call from the client arrives;
- the operator processes the request and places the order;
- if the machine is not appointed within 10 minutes, the software package Infinity automatically dials to the client with the message that the machine is not appointed yet, at the same time the client can make the independent decision: either to continue to wait, or to refuse;
- when the driver takes the request through Java application, the SMS notification that the machine is appointed comes;
- when the machine approaches, to the client the notification on what machine approached if the driver cannot find the client's address, then it through Java application it can contact the client directly comes, also the client through Infinity can contact the driver, passing the manager.
Today the maximum quantity of the calls coming to taxi service Dubrovka is about three thousand, requests more than five hundred. On the line on average there are five managers.
