The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Mordovia implemented an electronic document management system

In the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Mordovia the implementation project of an electronic document management system "CASE" developed by Electronic Office Systems (EOS) company is executed. As the chief contractor on the project the partner of EOS Group – Business-Soft LLC company (Saransk) acted.

Since 2011 waiting in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Mordovia Business-Soft LLC company the automated system of office-work was implemented. After carrying out preproject inspection 23 jobs of the CASE system were set and configured. Also it was provided necessary user training and the technologist of a system. Thus, already today the staff of the ministry had an opportunity to use in the everyday work as all functionality of software package "CASE": quick search of necessary documents, convenient tools for review projects, mechanisms of control of execution of instructions and many others.

Commissioning of the CASE system allowed the customer:

• automate work with documents;
• It is considerable to reduce labor and time expenditure and also to increase labor productivity of employees;
• increase workmanship of management decisions;
• reduce terms of passing and approval of documents.

The Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Mordovia A.Yu. Simonov gave appreciation to results of cooperation with Business-Soft company: "In the course of execution of works the staff of the company showed high degree of interest in the qualitative solution of an assigned task, quickly considered our wishes, was open for discussion of the problems rising during implementation that in no small measure promoted obtaining necessary result".
