The system of notifications of WINGS allows to interact with clients on different channels: The SMS, Email, HTTP, and also to perform calls on stationary or mobile phones of clients, to lose voice messages (including, speech synthesis from the text messages which came to a system is supported) and to send the fax. A system is easily integrated with different banking systems and CRM under protocols (HTTPS), SOAP, JMS, SMTP, DB API, using file exchange and also with SMS gateways and the SMS centers of cellular operators for the SMPP, SMTP, HTTP(S), UCP/EMI, CIMD protocols. A system provides balancing of loading and high fault tolerance.

The industrial WINGS platform is the integrated multitransport platform allowing to deliver information to clients on different channels: SMS/MMS, Email, calls (with support of speech synthesis from the text), faxes. The WINGS platform is the multi-agent distributed system consisting of independent agents (modules) all or a part of which is processed by data in real time. Interaction between modules is constructed on asynchronous exchange of XML-messages. In qualities of the bus of messages JMS (Java Message Service) is used. A system allows to filter, route and transform messages, to generate messages on the set schedule and to deliver messages, using any available channel. Depending on contents of the message the decision on a way of its further processing is made. There is an opportunity to define as initial structure of a system (system configuration, hierarchy of data streams, processing rules of messages, options of reaction of a system to events and so forth), and dynamic changes of structure of a system (without reset, in real time) according to the scenarios determined by the user.

The WINGS platform represents the solution of an operator class implementing all required mechanisms of ensuring fault tolerance and reliability. A possibility of building of resources of the platform, replacement/upgrade of the hardware without breaks in customer service. The solution architecture provides high capacity and extent of scaling. A system has the open architecture based on industry standards that gives the chance quickly to add own components (agents), to define processing rules of messages.
