On August 16, 2010, in the capital of the Republic of Mordovia, Saransk, Polymedia completed a project to equip the reception room of the President of the Russian Federation.
"We are glad that the presidential reception office has opened here and even a little earlier than the schedule, which indicates the efficiency of those who do this," said Grigory Rapota, Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of Russia in the Volga Federal District, who arrived at the opening of the reception office. |
Polymedia has equipped five reception rooms: a secretary's workplace, analyst's workplaces, a reception manager's seat, a video conferencing room and a server room.
The secretary's workplace, whose duties are to schedule a visit to the reception and record each visitor's questions in the database, is equipped with an HP 6000 Pro PC and a Mitsubishi LDT421V LCD panel, which displays information about citizens' appeals. Before going to the specialists (lawyers, prosecutor's office, housing and communal services, etc.), citizens get to the analyst who determines the essence of the complaint and sends to the relevant authorities. The analytics workplace is equipped with an HP 6000 Pro PC, an HP 2055 dn printer and a Panasonic KX-FLM663RU fax machine.
Depending on the complexity or scale, the problem is solved at the analyst or reception manager level together with invited specialists. For the manager and secretary, two HP 6000 Pro computers are provided in the reception room. If the problem does not find a solution at the local level, the citizen has the opportunity to personally complain to the President (or an authorized person from the presidential administration, or an authorized representative of the President in the Volga Federal District) through a video conferencing system. In addition to the VKS, the hall has a Sharp LC-52DH1RU LCD TV and an HP laptop.
All workplaces are equipped with two Bosch surveillance cameras and one in-line audio-technica microphone (there are two in the reception room of the head of such microphones) to document and monitor the reception process for the integrity of the receiving side of the receiver or the adequacy of the behavior of the applicant. Bosch DVR, HP database server, six uninterruptible power supplies, five APCs and one HP are all in the server room. In addition, the server room has a set of equipment for communication with FSO communication lines.
Currently, Polymedia, with the help of its regional offices, is implementing similar projects in Buryatia, Penza and Perm regions, Ingushetia and North Ossetia.
"Our company has tremendous experience in the implementation of technically complex large-scale projects, and for 12 years has been creating solutions that deserve the highest marks from heads of state authorities of the Russian Federation. Elena Novikova, CEO of Polymedia, says. "We highly appreciate the trust shown to us by the Administration of the Republic of Mordovia and hope that now, equipped with the latest technology, the presidential reception will become an effective tool for the dialogue between the people and the authorities and will allow us to resolve citizens' issues with greater efficiency." |
