M2M Telematics expands possibilities of object-oriented M2M-services. The group puts on the market essentially new solution GLONASS for high-precision positioning – the M2M-HDControl system which will be applied both as a part of the intelligent transport systems (ITS), and in a complex of specialized monitoring systems to stationary objects: buildings, constructions, geoarrays (landslide slopes, slopes and embankments).

"The relevance of creation of a similar product is caused by mass construction of Olympic venues in Sochi for holding sporting events in 2014. Now in the resort town there is an active construction of new roads, routes mainly in mountainous areas. During work by builders were repeatedly elicited the facts of deformation of geoarrays that, in turn, created threat of integrity of constructed facilities – bridges and platforms, and in some cases led to destruction of road constructions. Need of ensuring continuous observation of these objects ripened long ago", - the director of service of development of products and company services M2M Telematics Vitaly Poltoratsky comments.

Complex solution GLONASS M2M-HDControl completely automates process of status monitoring of elements of a construction in crucial points of construction and an adjacent geoarray on which stable and safe functioning of all road object depends. Telematic data of high-precision monitoring are integrated at the level of a corporate and regional area and also at the level of federal agency.

For determination of the facts of an exit of indicators of deformation and shifts out of the allowable limits on controlled structural elements of a construction the special navigation equipment with a GLONASS/GPS sensors having the high accuracy of measurements and which is reliably protected from different influences of the external environment is installed. GLONASS/GPS sensors are capable to trace the shift of structural elements of an object on three axes - X; Y; Z. The obtained telematic data are analyzed on the deployed server platform, and integrated indicators of control are displaid on screens of monitors of the dispatching center.

In case of exceeding of the allowed level of controlled parameters, a system automatically gives a signal of the notification and outputs information on operational technical condition of an object based on which, the manager can take operational measures for informing the relevant services on the developed emergency situation on subject to control and priority actions on its liquidation.

Implementation of GLONASS technologies on objects substantially reduces risk of occurrence of extreme situations, the road accidents and destruction of road objects; allows to carry out the detailed analysis of nature of development of low-dynamic and abnormal processes in structural elements of constructions and adjacent geoarrays; reduce labor input and terms of execution of works on status monitoring of a construction and many other things.

"Moreover, the technical and economic analysis shows that in 5 years of operation of a system of high-precision positioning economy on the maintenance of road objects can reach 50%. Data of this analysis are confirmed with profile scientific institutions of the Ministry of Education and the Russian Academy of Sciences", - Vitaly Poltoratsky adds.

Start of active sales M2M-Hdsontrol is planned for the beginning of 2012.
