Administration of the Government of the Republic of Mordovia (Situational center)

In the building of the Tekhnopark-Mordoviya data processing center (DPC) Saransk began the work the Situational Center (SC) of Administration of the Government of the Republic of Mordovia. As the developer of the project on creation of the Center the Polymedia company – the system integrator conducting in the Russian market – carried out all works on delivery, installation and installation of the equipment in record time – in only one week acted.

"Technopark Mordovia" has some of the best in Russia characteristics of reliability and security that served as one of the main reasons of the STs organization in its territory. Implemented within the state program "Creation in the Russian Federation of technoparks in the field of high technologies", the Technopark became the most large-scale and significant innovation project for the republic designed to integrate the existing innovation infrastructure and innovation active enterprises in the uniform mechanism and to create additional incentives for development of the innovation small and medium business, including the small scientific enterprises at universities and scientific research institute.

For Polymedia company the STs project of Mordovia became also significant as within its equipment, and in particular creation of construction of the central display system of information, the company for the first time implemented a product of own brand – LCD "Flame" with a thin frame in configuration 3X2. The company set a video conferencing in STs using the LifeSize system which at capacity of a communication channel of 8 Mbps provides to Full HD image quality. For ensuring high-quality and operational communication during the remote meetings in STs the company equipped the center with the microphone DIS congress system on 24 places of the delegate using which participants at the event can act and participate in discussions, vote, switch to function of a sinkhroperevod, without leaving the places in a conference room. Using the system of the integrated management of Crestron specialists of the company programmed STs webcams on automatic aiming at the participant of the meeting at the time of his performance for transfer of its video image to remote users.

STs is also equipped with the interactive equipment: for information display from an additional source and also for work on documents and holding different training events in STs set a large-format interactive board with a short-focus projector of SMART Board which allows to control all applications one touch, to write and draw electronic ink, to save the made entries in the file. In the whole SMART Board 685ix is an interactive complex, (consisting of an interactive board, a projector and a management system) which can be controlled far off through IP network, is protected from thefts by the Kensington system and also additional protection at which the projector does not work separately from a system. The workplace of the main speaker in STs is equipped with the interactive display of SMART Podium and the document camera Wolf Vision. The display serves for display of all graphic comments of the speaker on the videowall or an interactive board, and the camera allows to display in the mode of direct transmission images of real objects during the report.

Now the complex of the integrated audiovisual installations of the Situational center of Mordovia is completely adapted for solving of tasks on ensuring holding actions, both for the benefit of residents of Technopark, and for the benefit of the Government of the Republic of Mordovia. It is the complex of technical means which is deeply integrated with information systems and communications of technopark serving for operational information exchange with experts and solutions of important national objectives of extreme character as, for example, ensuring support of holding meetings of the Commission of the Government of the Republic of Mordovia on emergencies. The center has all potential for collecting and the analysis of all arriving data on emergency, coordination of holding rescue operations, contacts with media, remote monitoring and holding remote meetings, etc.
