In November, 2011 the agreement on system implementation of business process management and electronic document management of ELMA was signed with BARS System company. Today it is the largest construction supermarket of Petropavlovsk having two territorially separated offices in the city and 5 branches across all Kazakhstan (Astana, Pavlodar, Kostanay, Semey, Karaganda.
The development strategy "BARS System" provides permanent improvement of the internal management processes directly connected with quality improvement of the provided services, efficiency of internal management, dynamic development in the financial sector. The tasks facing the company led to accurate awareness of need of workflow automation and formation of a single system of business simulation in this connection the decision on system implementation of ELMA was made.
According to the agreement at the Customer the ELMA system will be unrolled and setup of the modules "Project management" and integration with 1C is made.
