The hospital of Khanty-Mansiysk automates office-work with the ELMA system

The EleWise company begins system implementation of electronic document management and business process management of ELMA in District Clinical Hospital of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug of Yugra.

In process of development of hospitals use of paper documents becomes less effective. Approval processes are dragged out, in a work progress with documents there are excess copies, the archive of papers constantly grows - all this leads to dead times of heads and non-management employees and increase in costs for processing and document storage. To fix all these problems the management of experimental design bureau of Khanty-Mansiysk headed for implementation of electronic document management. The ELMA system became the platform for creation of new model of interaction.

At an initial stage 20 employees – top managers and heads of divisions will be involved in the project. System implementation of ELMA will cover key business processes of the company, the uniform place of registration of the entering and outgoing documentation and uniform base of templates of external and internal documents will be created.
