System implementation "1C: Polygraphy 8" in the Podolsk factory of an offset printing

Due to the increase in volumes of the rendered services and the needs for a modern information system for the processing speed of management information and also reflection of different business processes of the polygraphic enterprise, the management of customer company made the decision on implementation of the software product "1C: Polygraphy 8".

The main activity of the company is rendering a complex of the operational printing services including a digital and offset printing. Now the "Podolsk Factory of an Offset Printing" Open joint stock company one of the leading polygraphic enterprises of the Moscow region, the equipped latest equipment capable to perform the most difficult polygraphic projects, also has two branches in Volokolamsk and Stupino.

The partner in implementation of an automated system selected 1C:VDGB IT company which has successful long-term experience of implementation and further support of software solutions "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" based on which the program "is developed by 1C: Polygraphy 8".

The main objective of initiation of the project was the solution of the management of factory to organize the unified information system for management of different aspects of activity of the enterprise: - Management of polygraphic production (production planning, cost management and cost accounting, product data management); - Management of fixed assets and planning of repairs; - Management of finance (budgeting, cash management, management of settlement, accounting according to IFRS, accounting of the consolidated statements); - Management of a warehouse (stocks); - Sales management (expanded reporting under orders, payment of orders, shipment of orders and sales); - Purchase management; - Management of the relations with buyers and suppliers; - Personnel management, including payroll; - Monitoring and analysis of indicators of activity of the enterprise; - Possibility of conducting accounting and tax accounting.

The "Podolsk Factory of an Offset Printing" company selected the software product "by 1C: Polygraphy 8" proceeding from functionality, accounting of the Russian legislation, support and implementation cost and also industry specifics of the solution.

As the main requirements to a system it is possible to select: - development of the uniform information base (UIB) for implementation of the existing accounting at the enterprise; - work in the program with big functionality, than the existing EIB; - simultaneous operation of an unlimited number of users; - implementation of the accounting in a new configuration implemented in the existing EIB. Industry software solution "1C: Polygraphy 8" passed careful test for correctness of work, convenience of application and has the certificate "1C: Compatible!".

Specialists of "1C:VDGB" in the course of implementation performed the following works: - Installation of the software product "1C: Polygraphy 8"; - Consultation of the client on the questions arising during studying of the program; - Training of staff of customer company in work in the program; - Transfer to commercial operation.

The stage of automation of an inventory control at the enterprise is at the moment completed. 10 jobs are automated. The following subsystems of accounting are put into commercial operation: - Purchase management; - Inventory management; - Supply chain management; - Purchase planning. Works within the project are continued, adaptation of subsystems under features of business processes of the customer and automation of personnel records is planned. Also, further automation of circuits of accounting and tax accounting is planned.

As a result of automation accounting services of "Podolsk Factory of an Offset Printing" company received the tool allowing to receive necessary analytical reports in a foreground mode, and the management in turn an opportunity to make the justified management decisions.
