The Mordovenergo energy company implements an electronic document management system

The JSC Mordovenergo company purchased licenses to use EDMS "DELO", developed by Electronic Office Systems (EOS) company. Delivery and implementation are performed by the partner of EOS Group in the Republic of Mordovia – Business-Soft LLC company (Saransk).

JSC Mordovenergo – a part of the Integrated power grid of Russia – represents a complex of the enterprises for transfer of electrical energy for needs of the national economy and the population of the Republic of Mordovia.

System implementation of electronic document management "MATTER" in JSC Mordovenergo passed in several stages, including: preproject research, setup of a system, training of employees, trial operation.

In 2007 this system was started in work. Since then there took place permanent scaling of a system. Now 238 jobs are connected to CASE base. The successful operating experience of a system within several years gave the following effect:

• the performing discipline of employees increased;
• control of documents is adjusted;
• load distribution on employees became more rational, "transparency" of their work increased;
• time for document retrieval at the expense of a uniform structured storage of documents with a search capability on key fields (attribute of documents) and the text of documents was reduced;
• losses of documents due to document storage in uniform electronic archive, maintaining registration cards are reduced by the existing paper documents and reduction of the movement of paper documents.
