The expert center on work with the BIT state organizations successfully completed remote transition to the new chart of accounts of budget accounting to Administrations of the Chaunsky municipal district

The Chaunsky municipal District of Chukotka Autonomous Okrug is located in a northwest part of Chukotka Autonomous Okrug and occupies the space more than 67 thousand sq.km. In the territory of Chaun-Chukotka the very first batches of tin, mercury, gold of Chukotka were got, the first roads, power plants and transmission lines are constructed and put into operation. The center of the Chaunsky municipal district is the city of Pevek — the most northern city of Russia.

Due to the change of the legislation of Administration of the Chaunsky municipal district a new system which would allow to keep accounting and payroll calculation according to new requirements was required. It was decided to pass to "1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8" and "1C: Payroll and a budget institution staff 8" in which all changes of the legislation are implemented.

To perform work on transition to the new software the management of Administration of the Chaunsky municipal district addressed to Expert center on work with the state organizations of BIT company as it is one of the leading Competence Centers on budget accounting of 1C.

Specialists of BIT booked audit of the database of the organization, helped at correction of errors, executed data transfer in the new system and reconciliation of correctness of the postponed information. For accountant officers of Administration consultations on work in new programs are held. Despite remoteness of the customer, transition it is executed successfully and at the scheduled time.
