Digital Design automates document flow in Guta Bank

The Digital Design company began the project on system implementation of electronic document management in JSC GUTA BANK. In EDMS more than 150 users will work at the DocsVision 4.5 platform.

A new system will create uniform documentary space for employees GUTA BANK and will provide operating control of performing discipline. Within the project specialists of Digital Design automate processes of approval of agreements and work with the entering, outgoing and internal documents. In a system possibilities of creation and mailing of tasks on instructions with indication of responsible persons and terms will be implemented, mechanisms of substitution of employees and authority delegation will also be configured.

Implementation is going to be performed in a short time, for only several months EDMS based on DocsVision it will be put into commercial operation in January, 2012. Further the project will develop in areas of solution integration with information systems of other companies of the GUTA Group, one of the multi-profile investment and industrial corporations conducting in Russia.

"At GUTA BANK the solid branch network in Moscow and regions, and is of great importance for us the organization of effective management of all divisions, - note in Bank. - Earlier the movement of instructions between different branches went by e-mail, and their implementation was quite difficult to be monitored. Therefore, first of all, implementation of EDMS interests us in terms of gain of control of performing discipline. We calculate that the new solution will allow to increase considerably process performance, connected with instructions of the management and document flow in general".

As Oleg Greshnev considers, the director of the department of corporate systems, Digital Design, "if in the company works only several people, the question of performing discipline of employees does not arise. However so far as concerns the geographically distributed company with a set of divisions and a large number of specialists of a different profile, it is very important to provide the effective scheme of issue of instructions and their control. The DocsVision platform has a number of tools for the solution of this task: WorkFlow subsystem, service of tasks, subsystem of performance reports".
