The administration of the Askinsky Region of Republic of Bashkortostan expands use of EDMS

The administration of the Askinsky Region of Republic of Bashkortostan purchased additional jobs of the electronic document management system "CASE" developed by Electronic Office Systems (EOS) company. This delivery is performed within development of an electronic document management system in administration of the Askinsky Region of Republic of Bashkortostan.

At the first stage of implementation of EDMS automation of registration of the entering and outgoing correspondence was carried out. In July, 2011 the next stage of workflow automation was implemented. 4 additional licenses of the CASE system were for this purpose purchased.

Input of additional jobs allowed to implement tasks:

• automation of work of office and secretary;
• registration of all document types;
• quick search of documents;
• approval and control of execution of instructions;
• creations of reports.

Delivery of the software and works on implementation to Administrations of Askinsky district are carried out by the partner of EOS Group in the Republic of Bashkortostan – Medialux LLC (Ufa).

Today product-based solutions of EOS Group are used more than in 400 administrations of the Republics, edges, areas, municipal entities. Including: Administration of the Moscow region, Administration of Tula region, Administration of the Bryansk region, Administration of the Novgorod region, Administration of the President of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Presidential Administration and Governments of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic, Administration of the Magadan region, Administration of the Kaliningrad region, Administration of Altai Krai, Administration of Azov, Administration of Rostov-on-Don, Administration of Blagoveshchensk and others.
