The system which received the name SmartNut is focused on process automation of user support of the small IT companies and IT services. Main advantage of a system is the user-friendly interface, usability and mastering. Feature of SmartNut that a system only according to the SaaS model (Software as a Service) will extend.
SmartNut is the project of the Naumen group known in the ITSM environment for the flagship product, Naumen Service Desk. As the main motivation for start of the new project noticeable demand for automation of ITSM processes from the small IT companies and IT services which could not be satisfied with the existing product in view of its focus on large IT departments, and, as a result to numerous functionality together with the cost, high for the specified segment, served.
1.5 years ago the decision on formation of the new direction which leading experts of the Naumen Service Desk direction entered was made. In May, 2011 the closed operation which participants of the community of heads created within the project in the field of IT of Smartsorsing could join began. During the closed operation more than 500 companies thanks to which a system was checked in 'fighting' conditions joined testing of SmartNut.
The functionality of a system includes base of clients, contact persons and agreements, the module of control of observance of SLA, automation of order taking by e-mail, tracking of requests, notifications by email and the SMS.
SmartNut actively develops taking into account wishes of clients, the new release leaves each two weeks — so if now what - from functionality insufficiently, it is possible to expect it emergence in the nearest future.
