CSBI Group reconstructed DPC of St. Petersburg Bank

The CSBI IT OUTSOURCING company entering into CSBI Group successfully completed the project on reconstruction of the reserve data processing center (DPC) of St. Petersburg bank.

Due to the long operation of a data processing center it became obvious that its infrastructure created more than 10 years ago became outdated and does not allow to solve the tasks set for bank effectively.

For the purpose of ensuring necessary performance level with the management of bank the decision on reconstruction of DPC was made. As the general contractor and the designer the CSBI IT OUTSOURCING company was selected. Project works were carried out in interaction with IT service of St. Petersburg Bank.

In the project progress specialists of CSBI IT OUTSOURCING completely reconstructed a local computer network and the system of uninterrupted power of a data processing center and also put a modern parallel system of the UPS into operation. Installation works were carried out in several steps and included the organization of the temporary data processing center which ensured unceasing functioning of all information systems of Bank for the period of reconstruction.

As a result of upgrade of engineering infrastructure the bank received the updated DPC which satisfies concepts of reliability of a data processing center of modern bank.
