AMT Group constructed a control system and accounting of partners for RusHydro

The AMT Group company developed and implemented a uniform hardware and software system on the protection and information storage containing a trade secret for economic security department and the mode of RusHydro company. The developed system allows to reduce time and expenses on check of the partners who are participating in competitive procedures, or having an opportunity to interact with RusHydro, branches, subsidiaries and affiliates of the company.

The solution represents own development of AMT Group. A system is completely integrated into the corporate portal existing in RusHydro based on Microsoft SharePoint Server. Such approach allows users to work in the usual interface and does not require additional training of employees. The full compliance of the created system to security policies of the company allows to protect information of RusHydro from unauthorized access, says AMT Group.

A system gives flexible opportunities for formation of uniform corporate base of partners. Its feature is the built-in functionality of synchronization of information from different paid and free Internet sources. At the same time upgradeability of data of the GMTs portal of Rosstat, obtaining the additional information about activity of the partner within the electronic trade operating system "The Market of Products, Services and Technologies for Power Industry" and synchronization with the internal accounting systems of RusHydro provide the centralized receiving the most up-to-date information by employees about the partner.

In addition, the system developed by AMT Group allows to create archive of internal competitive procedures RusHydro, proposals of partners and results of tenders. Support of this information comments, documents and adding of own interrelations between partners allows to create the relevant structured database, access to which the interested employees from different divisions of the company have.
