Sitronics began deliveries of RFID tickets for local trains

SITRONICS announces that the Sitronics Microelectronics subsidiary company began deliveries of contactless transport RFID tickets for JSC Centralnaya PPK, the suburban passenger company servicing the movement of electric trains on all directions of the Moscow Railway within Moscow and the Moscow region.

Use of contactless tickets will allow to reduce passenger service time in cash desks and time of their pass through a tourniquet on traditionally loaded railway directions which will be a little more than 1 second now. Besides, contactless tickets have higher, in comparison with tickets with a barcode, degree of protection against counterfeit and damage, and do not lose the consumer properties at external influence (twisting, bending, short-term contact with water). The guarantee of safety of information on such ticket will make not less than 5 years. The possibility of advertizing on one of the parties of the ticket will allow to reach additional economic effect of use of RFID cards.
