The administration of the Chekmagushevsky Region of Republic of Bashkortostan continues to automate document flow

The administration of the Chekmagushevsky Region of Republic of Bashkortostan purchased additional licenses of an electronic document management system "CASE" of development of Electronic Office Systems (EOS) company. Delivery and system implementation are performed by the partner of EOS Group in the Republic of Bashkortostan – Medialux LLC (Ufa).

In November, 2011 works on the second stage of creation of an electronic document management system in Administration of the Chekmagushevsky Region of Republic of Bashkortostan were finished. 4 additional workplaces of the CASE system are implemented.

It allowed to automate, in addition to registration of incoming correspondence, department of work with citizens' appeals. Besides, necessary analytical and statistic reports on control of execution of documents, the analysis the arriving correspondence, reports on work with citizens' appeals were configured.

A choice for benefit of system implementation "CASE" was made thanks to long-term successful operation of developments of EOS Group company in a significant amount of the state organizations of the Republic of Bashkortostan. In the project of the electronic government of the Republic of Bashkortostan the Russia's first transition to use of legally significant interdepartmental document flow at the level of the territorial subject of the federation is performed.
