CROC completed the third stage of the project of creation of VKS in arbitration courts of the Russian Federation

The CROC company completed the third stage of the project on creation of a video conferencing in arbitration courts of the Russian Federation. Within six months 77 courts were equipped. Project cost – 91,971,000 rub.

"In daily activity of arbitration courts a significant amount of affairs is transferred because of impossibility of presence of one of the parties, occasionally conducting legal proceedings is complicated because of a location of the claimant or the defendant. Use of modern technologies allowed to reduce significantly terms of hearing of cases and also costs for the solution of different difficulties which we met as a result of transfers. Today the either party can submit the petition for consideration of the case using the system of a video conferencing, and the arbitration court of the subject should provide participation of the party in process", - Solovyov Igor, the Head of department of informatization and communication of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation notes.

"Thanks to the created VIDEOCONFERENCING systems of Polycom in arbitration courts it is possible to organize a session between two or more geographically distributed participants for communication "face to face" in a format of high definition, as in real life, - Mikhail Pilipenko, the director of work with corporate customers of CROC company comments, - Specialists of CROC also developed the software based on Crestron technologies for automated management of sessions (I Ask for the Floor function), having optimized regulations of holding of conferences between arbitration courts and the center".

The set of the equipment of VKS consists of the video system of Polycom of HDX, 52' a professional LCD panel of high definition, the document camera and also recording devices and reproduction of the events held using VKS. Integration of these systems into the available VIDEOCONFERENCING server hardware placed in the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation provided expansion of its geography more than twice and completion of creation of basic functionality of a system of a video conferencing in all 113 arbitration courts of the Russian Federation. Within the project the transport network created by Synterra Ltd company which can be in the long term used by the customer as a basis of a multiservice data network is organized.
