The ELF program is a specialized system for maintaining trade and accounting in offshore companies.

2012: ELF Features

According to May 2012, the program was specially developed taking into account the specifics of doing business through offshore and facade companies. The program is created on the basis of the platform of development of business applications CRAFT™ of Bing Soft.

The advantages of the program are simplicity, convenience, high speed and low hardware requirements. The program is executed using client-server technology (SQL) and is a full-fledged network system. The number of client workstations is not theoretically limited and depends only on the server power. The database server is Firebird SQL version 2.1 and later. The client application of the system has a convenient customizable graphical interface that allows you to quickly and quickly enter and receive the necessary information.

The program has a completely free version of ELF-mini, which allows you to maintain directories of product items, suppliers/buyers and write invoices. A unique feature of the program is the ability to maintain document management for different legal entities in the same database.

The ELF-Standard version (annual subscription cost - $300) is a development of the ELF-mini version and additionally includes: inventory management (full multi-currency warehouse accounting by lot of goods), registration of payments and expenses and maintenance of multi-currency balance of mutual settlements with suppliers and buyers (including adjustment of exchange rate differences), additional reporting.

The ELF-Professional version (annual subscription cost - $750) in addition to the ELF-Standard version offers: general ledger maintenance (entry of accounting entries with a double record) and the formation of standard accounting statements. A very attractive feature of this version is the ability to specify typical journal entries (transaction sets) that can be associated with primary documents (for example, Commercial Invoice) and that will be generated automatically when the document is entered.
