UKS VMP AVITEK implements a project management system

The UKS VMP AVITEK Kirov company implements technology of project management (Project management) to achieve reduction of terms and the realization value of the projects.

On the first — company executives got acquainted with a chance which project management gives to business, on the second — analysts of projects learned to create computer models of projects in the management system of projects (MSP) of Spider Project. Right after training employees of UKS VMP AVITEK and specialists of ICL-KPO of AF were accepted to the second stage of an implementation project. Partners booked audit of the existing business processes of the organization and started their adjustment according to standards of the international Project management technology.

On end of the training part of an implementation project the management of UKS VMP AVITEK gave appreciation of professional training of experts of ICL-KPO of AF providing training of analysts of projects.
