T-Systems and Sheremetyevo start the project, unique for the airports of Russia, on real estate administration

The T-Systems CIS company and JSC International Airport Sheremetyevo, the largest airport complex of Russia, announce contract signature on implementation of a new solution of SAP Real Estate Flexible complemented with the module SAP PM and its integration with ArcGIS geographic information system. The similar integrated system is a unique project for the airports of Russia.

Main goal of the project is increase in income from not aviation activity of Sheremetyevo Airport. T-Systems CIS proposed the innovative solution which meets the requirements of the customer and the advanced IT technologies.

A system will allow to trace detailed information on real estate units: detailed calculation of housekeeping overheads of a real estate, calculation of key indicators for objects and more effective management of them due to visualization of analytics and also access to the SAP ERP system, technical documentation and space data, using uniform point of entry.

A new system will also allow to exercise control on the entering and outgoing lease agreements, to plan and keep account of repair work on a real estate of the airport.

Now the analysis of models and the available documentation within processes of management of real estate units is carried out, target business processes are described. In January, 2012 is going to begin operation of the register of a real estate. The start of use of all blocks of a system is planned for October, 2012.
