Transcreditbank increases the volume of use of an electronic document management system

In Transcreditbank delivery of additional jobs of an electronic document management system "CASE", developments of Electronic Office Systems (EOS) company is made. Today the quantity of the jobs of a system set in bank reached 200.

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of internal office-work in Transcreditbank the electronic document management system "CASE" was purchased and installed. At the first stage work of office work divisions at head office of bank was automated. Using functionality of a system accounting of the entering and outgoing correspondence was configured, control of execution of instructions is configured.

Its expansion on territorially remote divisions of bank became the next step of system implementation. For this purpose purchases of occasional client seats of EDMS "DELO", and connection to work in base of a system of bigger number of employees are regularly made.

The CASE system has several advantages which allow to support all basic functions in the field of document flow of the enterprise:

• registration, control of execution of instructions
• routing, formation of different reports
• the organization of full search, write-off in case.

• quick entry of information that allows to work with a large number of documents, spending for it time minimum
