Rostelecom will create the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction in the Vladimir region

Rostelecom and administration of the Vladimir region signed the public contract on execution of works on development of interdepartmental electronic interaction within project implementation Electronic government.

According to the contract, the company will perform works on transfer of the regional public services provided by bodies of the executive government and also organizations subordinated to them in an electronic form using the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction and the uniform portal of the public and municipal services.

Such services as licensing and the state accreditation of educational, medical and pharmaceutical institutions will become available to residents of the Vladimir region and legal entities in electronic form; assistance to citizens in receiving social payments and search of suitable work; receiving and delivery of documents on state registration of acts of civil status (births, marriages, adoptions (adoption), changes of a name) and others.

According to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 453-r of March 21, 2011. The Rostelecom company is the only contractor within GP Russian Federation actions "Information society (2011-2020)", assuming creation of telecommunication infrastructure of the electronic government, creation of network of certification centers and centers of telephone service and also development of infrastructure of a public information access about activity of authorities and to public services.
