System design of personal data protection of the Ministry of Education, science and innovation policy of the Novosibirsk region

The staff of NVision Siberia branch was faced by a task to create the new system of protection of all personal data processed in an information system of the Ministry. The organizational and program and technical measures for ensuring counteraction to relevant threats of information security of the Ministry conforming to requirements of Federal law No. 152-FZ "About personal data" are provided in the project.

"Feature of the solution proposed by us is that it is built harmoniously in a diverse information system of the Ministry and is integrated into the processes which are already available there that will provide transparent scaling of the separate directions of a system of protection.

Now growth of interest in the market in correction of ICT infrastructure of personal data operators in compliance with FZ-152 is observed. Not least it is connected with plans of Roskomnadzor for 2012 on check of the commercial and state organizations on compliance to requirements of the legislation. According to our analysis situations in the market of Siberia, fulfilled the requirements of the regulator in the region no more than 10% of the companies operating with personal data at the moment", - Dmitry Matyushkin, the associate director of NVision Siberia branch noted.

"The implemented project is very useful to ensuring protection of information processed by us. After its implementation our information system will be brought into accord with Federal law No. 152-FZ "About personal data" and requirements of regulators (FSB, FSTEC), - Tatyana Tarasik, the chief of organizational and legal board of the Ministry of Education, science and the innovation policy of the Novosibirsk region reported.
