In Rosbank the single system of personnel management on the basis of Oracle Human Capital Management is unrolled

Rosbank, Jet Infosystems company and representative office of Oracle announced in December, 2011 completion of replication of a personnel management system of Oracle Human Capital Management (NSM) in all branches of regional network of bank (54 branches and office operating rooms in 70 regions of the Russian Federation). The project allowed to provide the centralized data storage in a single system of personnel and time keeping and to organize process of obtaining the consolidated information about more than 20 thousand employees.

Since 2006 at head office of Rosbank a system on the basis of Oracle applications of HCM entering the Oracle E-Business Suite complex functions. It integrates personnel data more than about 4500 employees of the bank. In 2010 the decision on replication of a system on all regional network of Rosbank was made. The Department of organizational development of bank staff acted as the initiator. It was necessary to integrate data on employees in a single personnel system. The task of migration of personnel data from several separate systems and carrying out distance learning of users to work with a system was set for the contractor. As a result of a victory in the held tender the project was started by the specialists of Jet Infosystems company having experience of implementation and deployment of systems on the basis of Oracle E-Business Suite.

The project is implemented on the Oracle E-Business Suite platform using the modules Oracle "Personnel management", Oracle "Salary" and Oracle "Time keeping". During the project the technique of migration and reconciliation of personnel data from the different systems was developed and implemented. All regional network of bank began to work in a single system of personnel and time keeping that allowed to optimize a number of business processes. Thanks to project implementation the bank had an opportunity on a centralized basis to perform monitoring and to manage such processes as the analysis of needs of divisions in personnel resources, the analysis of the movement of personnel and also to apply a single system of payroll and to analyze efficiency of use of wage fund. Earlier given processes were controlled at the level of divisions of network.
