The administration of the Miyakinsky Region of Republic of Bashkortostan develops use of EDMS

In September, 2011 the Administration of the Miyakinsky Region of Republic of Bashkortostan bought additional jobs of the EDMS "DELO" developed by Electronic Office Systems (EOS) company. Works on delivery and software implementation are executed by the partner of EOS Group – Medialux LLC company (Ufa).

At the first stage of the project on creation of an electronic document management system in Administration of Miyakinsky district process of management of affairs was automated. Further jobs of staff of the general department and the deputy head of administration were automated.

In the long term the customer is going to connect gradually to work with the CASE system of all officials of Administration and to pass completely to electronic document management.

The CASE system is installed and is actively used in a big number of the state organizations of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Including, in Presidential Administration, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Health, the ministry of construction, architecture and a road complex, the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities, control Accounts Chamber and others.

Creation of an e-government system in the Republic of Bashkortostan based on EDMS "DELO" allowed to integrate public authorities and local government in a common information space.

This system provided:

• automatic documents acceptance, arrived on any of electronic channels (the fax, e-mail);
• primary registration in any division;
• the subsequent centralized control of the movement of the document with a possibility of formation of reports on execution.
