Global-Docflow is Document management and business processes

The software package Global-DocFlow provides all necessary functions for document management at the enterprise. It allows to formalize processing of documents different to divisions and contractors, to set routes of the movement of documents, to perform document flow planning, to monitor the actual movement of documents. Use of the module allows to solve effectively problems of management of both paper, and electronic document management. With its help it is possible to define the sequence of processing and to keep track of location of requests, letters, orders, to manage process of vising of documents and many other things. Global-DocFlow is Global ERP system component, and can function as independently, and in interaction with other system modules, expanding their opportunities. In the basis the software package Global DocFlow uses the basic subsystem of Global-WorkFlow allowing to automate management of any business process of the enterprise.

Tasks

The software package Global-DocFlow is intended for:

• Maintaining a uniform card file of electronic and paper documents with a possibility of attachment of files;
• Organizations of standard and individual routes of document flow (movements of documents on divisions and staff of the enterprise);
• The timely notification of employees and responsible persons about the movement of the document and emergence of regular and not regular situations in the course of its processing;
• Formations of individual tasks to employees for work with documents, trackings of their accomplishment;
• Work planning over documents and the analysis of their actual accomplishment;
• Access controls to documents to different users and their groups depending on location of the document;
• The organizations of electronic approval of documents and exchange of notes in development process of documents;
• Uses within other system modules of Global for flexible management by routes of the movement of documents within business processes of the enterprise.
