Institute of problems of complex mastering of a subsoil of RAS and NPP Spectec started creation of an automated system of maintenance, repair and assessment of technical condition of the equipment for the enterprises of underground mining of solid minerals.
Work is conducted on the basis of the public contract signed between IPKON RAHN and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. A subject of the government contract is accomplishment of developmental works on a subject:" Creation of technology of the forecast, risk assessment of the dangerous natural and technogenic phenomena by underground mining of solid minerals and developments of technological solutions on their prevention based on an intelligent system of decision support and the complex synthesizing monitoring". Within ROC the automated system of decision support and the complex synthesizing monitoring, with a subsystem of maintenance, repair, the analysis and assessment of technical condition of a clearing complex will be created (HUMMOCK). The IPKON institute of RAS involved NPP Spectec company in development of a subsystem of TOROS.
Purpose of a subsystem of TOROS – information support of the decision making, the hardware failures directed to risk reduction making a clearing complex of a mining system of the mine. The subsystem should provide to its users intellectual appraisal remedies, the analysis and forecasting of technical condition of the equipment according to monitoring of its work and calculation of indexes of a status. On this basis in a subsystem the choice of programs and maintenance strategies, planning and accounting of execution of works, such as precautionary service, scheduled and abnormal repairs, internal and external maintenance inspections and inspections, diagnostics and control of technical condition, input and output from operation, preservation of the equipment will be performed. The analysis of the developed forecasts and technological solutions on actually observed results will give a basis for corrective actions. Use of these and other opportunities of a subsystem of TOROS will allow to increase quality of the made technological solutions, to achieve increase in fault tolerance of the equipment and safety of conducting mining operations.
Creation of a subsystem of TOROS will be performed in five stages: outline sketch, engineering design, work documentation (detail design), preliminary tests and trial operation, state acceptance tests. By December, 2011 the NPP Spectec company completes the first phase of works. In the outline sketch the structure of the processes which are a control object in a subsystem of TOROS is selected and reasonable, requirements to its components and quality of accomplishment of functions by them are developed. Provisional project solutions on functions, concepts of the information database and to its structure, structure of the computing system, requirements to transmission media of data, etc. are developed.
According to the outline sketch, the TRIM complex – a corporate information system of the class EAM/MRO of development of NPP Spectec will become a software platform of a subsystem of TOROS. The architecture of TOROS will combine client-server and three-level technologies. It is planned to execute the subsequent stages of works connected with implementation of a system based on a clearing complex of one of mines of joint stock company" SUEK Kuzbass".
